Tour Details

Day 1Arrival at Porbandar

Our agents will meet you at Porbandar airport and drive you to the hotel. You will register and take a short nap here. You will be taken to Kirti Mandir in the evening. It is currently a museum and served as Mahatma Gandhi’s home and birthplace. This house has three stories and seventeen rooms. The hotel will be where you spend the night.

Day 2Porbandar – Rajkot (178 km)

You will travel to Rajkot early in the morning and check into your hotel there. You will go to Kaba Gandhi No Delo in the evening. Here, Mahatma Gandhi spent his formative years. Gandhi’s personal effects are on display here. Rajkumar College will be visited after that. From this institution, Mahatma Gandhi received his secondary education. It will be a hotel in Rajkot for the night.

Day 3Rajkot – Bhavnagar (250 Km)

We shall travel to Bhavnagar this morning. You will first go to Gandhi Smriti, a facility created in the late Mahatma Gandhi’s honour. It has a library, a museum, and photo exhibits showing the life of Gandhiji. After that, there will be an evening visit to the Lord Shiva-dedicated Takhteshwar Temple. The marble temple is constructed on a hill. The hotel in Bhavnagar will be where you spend the night.

Day 4Bhavnagar – Ahmedabad (200Km)

You’re going to Ahmedabad in the morning. You will make a hotel reservation here. Check out the Gandhi Ashram. Mahatma Gandhi established a straightforward retreat in 1915 along a serene section of the Sabarmati river. This was the Satyagrah Ashram that Mahatma Gandhi founded; for many years, it served as the hub of the Indian freedom movement. There is currently a memorial space and a library exhibit in the ashram. In order to protest the British-imposed salt tax, Mahatma launched his infamous Dandi March to the sea from here in 1930. His humble home, Hridaya Kunj, has been conserved as it was during the Mahatma’s lifetime and is now a national monument. The hotel will be where you spend the night.

Day 5Ahmedabad sightseeing

You will be taken on a sightseeing tour of Ahmedabad following breakfast. You will go to the Hathee Singh Jain Temple, which was built by Hathee Singh, as well as the Adalaj Step-well, Jami Mosque, Sidi Saiyed Mosque, and Shreyas Folk & Art Museum. YOU WILL BE ESCORTED TO THE AIRPORT IN THE AFTERNOON FOR A FLIGHT HOME.
